We’re wrapping up what felt like the busiest summer ever, and I’m finally getting that giddy feeling of shopping for my favorite season. Cozy sweaters! Cowboy boots! New dresses! The list goes on and on (and on), so before I spend my savings on a new fall wardrobe, I’m going to narrow down my picks and shop smart.
