Convicted Rapist Harvey Weinstein Pleads Not Guilty To LA Sex Charges!!

Harvey Weinstein attended court on Wednesday, where he pleaded not guilty to several sexual misconduct charges in Los Angeles.

Weinstein pleaded not guilty to 11 sexual assault charges after appearing in court in a wheelchair. While in court, his lawyers filed a motion to dismiss three of the 11 counts against him, saying the statute of limitations has expired.

They also asked that he be given a medical examination — which was approved by the judge, per CNN.

In L.A., Weinstein is facing four counts of forcible rape, four counts of forcible oral copulation, two counts of sexual battery by restraint, and one count of sexual penetration by use of force.

“He absolutely, unequivocally and categorically denies the allegations in this indictment,” said his attorney, Mark Werksman. “They’re unprovable, unproven, uncredible, and unsubstantiated, and that will become clear as we litigate this case.”

Gloria Allred, who is representing two of the victims, responded:

“Allegations of sexual assault and rape do take a long time to report, so the idea that they may not have disclosed to a law enforcement officer for many years does not mean that those are not credible,” she said.
