A vape company has dropped Kyle Massey as brand ambassador after the actor was formally charged for sending pornographic material to a 13-year-old girl.
“We are ending our relationship with Kyle Massey. We have been working with him on a trial basis for a month. Today, we let his team know we will be cutting ties and requested all public content with our brand to be deleted from his social media,” Dr. Dabber told TMZ.

The girl’s mother handed cops a flash drive allegedly containing material, court documents say. In some of the videos, there is a man who appears to Massey, exposing himself. Others contained explicit content. Prosecutors say that Massey knew the girl’s age as he had seen her grow up.
The victim sued Massey in 2019 for $1.5 million, alleging that he sent “numerous sexually explicit text messages, images and videos” to her on Snapchat.
“No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit materials and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct,” Massey told TMZ at the time.
