Just two weeks after he was gunned down in broad daylight, rapper Lil Reese has been arrested for putting his paws on his girlfriend.
According to TMZ, the Chicago rapper was arrested on the night of May 29, after his girlfriend told cops the couple got into a heated argument. The fight then turned physical.
His girlfriend says that Reese pulled her hair and punched her in the face. When police arrive, she had visible marks on her face to back up her story.
Reese was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. He is out on $10,000 bond.
Reese was shot on May 15. Initial reports showed the rapper had been grazed in the eye by a bullet. He took to Instagram to deny the reports.
“I’m good,” he wrote. “I’m not blind or sh*t. Don’t believe what you seeing on [the] internet. I don’t even kno where tf they getting all these fake ass stories from.”
