Terrence Howard is reportedly suing two Hollywood producers for allegedly using his likeness without his permission in the sports movie “Triumph.”
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Howard’s fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Cinemark, Digital Ignition Entertainment, and Argonaut Entertainment after claiming his name, image, and likeness were featured in the movie without his permission.
The docs say that he likeness was only “conditioned upon the satisfaction of material monetary and non-monetary promises made by the producers, which never happened.”
So now they have to stop the movie or pay up.
They say he told the producers on April 15 that he did not give his consent and that the film could not be released until he signed off on it. The movie was released on April 30.
