R. Kelly’s trial is around the corner, and Joe Budden was disgusted to see an airplane carrying a banner with a message supporting the disgraced star.

“R. Kelly was set up for monetary gain!” the banner reads.
We’re not sure how that makes sense. Kelly has already admitted to being broke.
Kelly is in Chicago on a federal indictment that includes charges of child pornography, sexual exploitation of children and conspiracy to defraud the U.S. government.
“Look at this, only in New Jersey. Are you f*cking kidding me, buddy? This is what you waste your good, hard-earned money on to see? You gotta be sh*tting me,” Budden said while recording the plane.
Kelly will face a trial in Chicago once his New York trial is wrapped up.
A judge just ordered that he be moved to a New York jail, most likely the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He is currently in a jail in Chicago, where he has been since his arrest in 2019.
