In a recent interview, Bobby Brown spoke about the death of his son, Bobby Brown Jr.
The singer denies that his son had a drug problem. He says he only “experimented” with drugs.
“He wasn’t a user. He would experiment with different things. It wasn’t like he was dependent on drugs like when I was in my situation,” Brown said on an episode of Facebook Watch’s Red Table Talk. “I depended, I needed it. He was a young man who tried the wrong stuff and it took him out of here.”

He added, “I’ve been through my time, and I know my time played a part in my son feeling he could test something. I feel guilty about that.”
He went on to say that losing Bobby Jr. was “very unexpected, just like losing” his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was. Both died from an overdose as did Bobby Brown’s ex-wife, Whitney Houston.
It was a very emotional interview.
