Beverly Hills Housewife Erika Jayne is about to be dragged further into estranged husband, Tom Girardi’s legal issues — and trustees of his are accusing her of receiving money from him and then hiding it.
“BREAKING: Thomas Girardi’s Trustee [Jason Rund] is obtaining special counsel to sue [Erika Jayne],” attorney Ronald Richards tweeted. “The proposed special counsel is a defendant in lawsuit by the Girardi Keese Trustee Elissa Miller. There may be a conflict and the two Trustee’s may not be working in tandem on this.”
He continued: “This means that there is credible information that Erika Jayne has received [money] from Tom Girardi and may have transferred it to others. She is refusing to give it back. It is 33%/45% split depending on the stage of the case.”

Although Erika is estranged from Tom, some believe their separation is just an act and that Erika is secretly helping Tom hide money from the people he owes.
He is accused of embezzling millions.
