Malik Beasley Receives 120-Day Jail Sentence For Threatening Family W/ A Gun!!

Malik Beasley has been sentenced to 120 days in jail on one count of felony threats of violence after he pleaded guilty to threatening a family with a gun.

Back in December, Malik pleaded guilty after an incident in September when he pointed a gun at a family outside his home. He must report to the Hennepin County Adult Corrections Facility on May 26 after the NBA season comes to an end., the attorney’s office said in a press release.

If the baller contracts COVID-19 before he’s expected to turn himself in or there is an outbreak in jail, he will be “released on electronic home monitoring.”

He must also complete three years of probation for the felony charge to be reduced to a misdemeanor and is not allowed to use alcohol or drugs. Malik will be subject to random drug testing and must complete an anger management program and also has a lifetime ban from gun possession.  

Nobody was injured during the incident.
