‘Gorilla Glue Girl’ Creates GoFundMe To Cover Hospital Bills

A girl who went viral after making a video where she used Gorilla Glue to do her hair — has created a GoFundMe page to raise funds to help cover her hospital bills.

Hospital staff were clueless as to how to treat Tessica Brown’s scalp after using the super strong glue as a hair spray — and decided on using rubbing alcohol to dissolve the glue over the weekend. But the glue softened before immediately hardening.

She aimed to raise $1,500 on GoFundMe. She has already raised over $13,000. But it’s unknown how much her hospital bills would be before doctors figure out how to treat her scalp.

Gorilla Glue also released a statement:

“We are very sorry to hear about the unfortunate incident that Miss Brown experienced using our Spray Adhesive on her hair. We are glad to see in her recent video that Miss Brown has received medical treatment from her local medical facility and wish her the best.” she wrote on Twitter.
