Rapper YFN Lucci has already been denied bond, but the rapper is still trying — pleading with a judge to free him so that he can take care of his four kids.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he is asking the judge to set a reasonable bond because he has “four underaged children whom he financially supports.” Lucci says he also needs to provide a home and money for his mother living in Fulton County, GA.
Lucci says there’s no risk of him fleeing his pending trial and that he “poses no significant threat or danger to any person, to the community, or to any property in the community.”
Lucci is facing charges of felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Police allege that he was the driver for the Atlanta murder — but he denies the charges against him.
