5 Wardrobe Staples Our Editors Are Wearing With Leggings This Winter

Chic leggings. Yes, those two words that can go together. Leggings previously fell into the loungewear or gym kit categories exclusively, worn only for errand running in or for weekends hibernating at home, but I’m here to tell you that these hardworking heroes deserve a new lease of life this season. I’ll admit, they’re pretty much my favourite wardrobe staple right now, thanks to the myriad ways to dress them up or down. Plus, we all know how comfy they are!

Wear them everywhere from a night out (see Camille and Marilyn for inspo) with heels or knee high boots and a sensational jacket. Or, use them as the base for the perfect weekend look, with cosy layers, chunky footwear and a coat.

Need some fresh inspo on what to wear your leggings with now? Well look no further, as I’ve scoured Instagram to uncover the other wardrobe staples that always look good with leggings. Scroll on to see my edit of the 5 fail-safe combinations that will take your outfits up a notch.
