I’m more than a little excited to take my first vacation this year at the end of June. I’ll be going to Hawaii with family, and as I’m sure many of you can relate to, shopping for a trip is half the fun. I haven’t bought much recently, so I’m ready to fill my suitcase with some cheery pieces that are practical for a hot, tropical climate.
While I’m a dedicated dress lover, right now I’m very into resort shirts—aka short-sleeve button-downs in fabrics like linen and terry cloth. They’re the perfect thing to throw on over a swimsuit and denim shorts, and I have a feeling I’ll be living in them when I go to Hawaii. Scroll down to shop my favorites, as well as three other summer trends I’m absolutely packing.
