MTO News has learned that at least 20 people were shot yesterday, while attending a rap concert in Miami, MTO News has learned. Police are calling it the first ever “Black” mass shooting in American history. Police are describing the mass shooting as a “targeted act of violence” early Sunday morning in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Miami-Dade police director Freddy Ramirez said the El Mula Banquet Hall was rented out for a concert for south Florida artist JRG Foepack from Saturday into Sunday morning.
And while innocent people were standing outside waiting to get intor the concert, a white SUV pulled up and started shooting at the line. MTO News confirmed that police are saying three people got out of the SUV with assault rifles and handguns and opened fire into the crowd.
According to reports, all three of the gunmen were Black.
“These are cold blooded murderers that shot indiscriminately into a crowd and we will seek justice,” Ramirez said in a statement on Twitter.
Police are now asking the community for help as they comb through surveillance footage and gather evidence.
