If you read my articles regularly, you’ll know I’m a bit of a sucker for shopping on Amazon . (It’s really hard to resist two-day shipping!) I tend to buy a lot of my fashion basics from the multi-brand retailer—(not to mention books, electronics, home goods, baby gear) and plenty of other random but surprisingly useful items.
So today, I’ve decided to share a few of my favorite Amazon purchases I’ve made in the last six months that I use and wear all the time . Whether it’s my basic black tank dress I throw on when I want to feel comfortable yet put-together or my tan slide sandals that go with literally everything in my closet or my trusty basket bag that exudes French-girl style, read on if you want a little inspiration for your next Amazon purchase.
I use this Moroccan basket bag nearly every day. It’s ideal for farmers market runs to days at the beach to brunch and everything in between. It exudes that effortless French-girl vibe. I like this one, in particular, as it’s not overly large so it can act more like a handbag.
I’ve been living in this crazy-soft tank dress lately. It’s not only super comfortable (easy to work and run around in all day) but the silhouette also makes me feel put-together and polished. It’s easy to wear with sneakers and sandals and boots come fall.
I love a casual button-down shirt—especially one that’s slightly oversize. This one from Amazon brand, Goodthreads is my new favorite. The blue hue feels fresh and the quality is really nice.
I have really discovered the joy of a glasses chain. Not only does it look snazzy (leaning into the grandma-trend), but it really is also helpful when you’re on the move and want to have your glasses or sunglasses close by (without having to rummage in your purse for them or have them slip off your head). I like this delicate pearl-and-metallic one, as it works well with everything I wear.
I love these sandals with a capital L! They not only look chic (total Hermès vibes going on here), but the sole is also squishy and super comfortable. I could walk in them all day with no complaints. Plus, the tan color is so versatile.
While it’s still warm out, I highly recommend this versatile romper. I love the soft and silky-feeling fabric and it’s so easy to wear with sandals or sneakers. It’s perfect when you want to feel comfortable yet look like you made an effort.
I still can’t believe this T-shirt clocks in at $6. I own a lot of white T-shirts and this is still one of my favorites for its easy style, silhouette, and fit. There is no trace of your bra showing underneath (hallelujah!), and the quality is surprisingly good for the price. It remains a Who What Wear best seller and is a favorite among our editors.
A little hair accessory action never goes amiss in my book, and of my go-to’s are these adorable long silk ribbon bow hair ties. They’re ideal when I want to zhuzh up my ponytail or braid in a chic way.
Never enough LBDs! I first saw this loose and cool dress on fashion influencer Jacey Duprie and was eager to try it for myself. It’s flowy, non-restrictive, and easy to dress up and down with the right accessories and shoes. It fits quite loose, so I do recommend sizing down.
I’m not going to lie, I think I wear these black Champion shorts more than any other item in my closet since quarantine began back in March. They are so comfortable and easy to wear with everything from sweaters to button-downs.
How about a colorful anklet to put a smile on your face? I love this one as it’s subtle yet still makes a statement. Sometimes it’s the little things that can take your outfit to the next level.
If you’re looking for a cozy and comfy pair of sweatpants to swan around in at home, this $8 pair from Hanes might be up your alley. They have a low-rise fit (I recommend sizing down), and a fleece fabric inside. Ideal to transition you into fall.
Up next, I ordered 12 under-$30 dresses on Amazon—here’s what I kept .
